Biscuits +/-: It sounds like you might want to lose about 20 pounds. Especially at your age, your decision to start exercising/become more active is MOST important. Then, eat a calorie restricted diet, 1600-1800 cal/day, focusing on vegetables, healthy protein, limited complex carbohydrates, & a lot of water. Lose slowly: 1-1.5 lb/week. Threptin biscuits are ok; they are higher protein & may help you curb carbs
