Necessary Evil But: Short Term use of Nsaids is pretty safe in most healty people .It is only it's long term use as in Rhematoid Arthritis and especially people who already have Ischemic Heart Disease that it's use is risky even for short term. So Occasional use for aches and pains or fever is safe if you do not have ischemic heart disease. We have been using these drugs for long time and these are over the counter
