See details: It means that Celebrex (celecoxib) does not interfere with the antiplatelet effects of Aspirin and Aspirin will continue to have its blood thinning properties left intact.

? correctness: Ibuprofen clearly blocks Aspirin effectiveness. While theoretically the others could, I am unaware of any evidence that the others interfere.
