My father 81, got a flu shot in aug when in the hospital. a few weeks later, a visiting nurse gave it to him, then another nurse did 2 wks later. then a couple weeks after that, he had a checkup at the dr and they gave him one. he is so confused each time

2 many flu shots?: Someone is not asking him about prior flu shots or I suspect he is confused most of the time/ You need to make a written medical history for him to carry with him or better yet go with him to see Dr/nurse. R u certain exactly what shots given? If he is confused he may not recall. He should have many: flu, pneumonia, whooping cough (if he has contact with young children), shingles.
