How effective of levoflocacin salvage therapy compare to standard triple therapy for h.pylori ?

No way to answer: Salvage therapy is used when 1st line therapy fails, & is never used first, so there's no way to compare effectiveness (they're used under different circumstances) & thus there's no good way to answer your question. Triple therapy with Biaxin, (clarithromycin) Clarithromycin & a PPI is about 85% effective in eradicating H Pylori. In the 15% who fail & aren't reinfected, salvage Levofloxacin can be used.
