Amitrityline+nexium:: Nexium (esomeprazole) oral will increase the level or effect of amitriptyline oral by altering drug metabolism. Monitor for increase in side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, weight gain, or trouble urinating. Consult prescriber if problems occur. Best regards.
