I have been having some pressure on the left side of my forehead. i have also been hearing like a sizzling noise in my throat.

Pressure on l head: Most likely sinusitis/otitis which can be indolent and relatively non symptomatic. GERD/ reflux may be associated with this as canTMJ.. Can also be facial nerve irritation from lyme or herpes( if you get cold sores). If no eye pain unlikely to be ocular,like glaucoma.Very rarely a lesion or autoimmune process. Would f/u w/ doc
