Viral infection?: Good morning,
enlarged tonsils, pressure in ears due to blockage of eustachian tubes connecting middle ear to sinuses, pressure in head, and sores in the mouth are symptoms of increased immune system activity to get rid of a viral infection, the most common being an adenovirus infection. These infections are frequent and may get resolved in due course. If the symptoms continue, please see your doc.
