I have had swollen lymph nodes for about 6weeks they are tender to the touch. i haven't been sick just some trouble with swallowing. i have had a barium swallow and a ct scan done in the past 3weeks. all were negative. what else could it be?

Need more informatio: I wonder where the location of the tender swollen lymphnodes are. Are they in multiple locations? How long the nodes swollen? Are they increasing in size? Answer to these questions would be important to decide the disease is localized or systemic, inflammatory or neoplastic. If looks inflammatory blood culture followed by a course of antibiotics can be tried. If neoplastic, local node biopsy needs
