If the water is: infected with yeast, fungus, mold, bacteria, virus or parasites that may be affecting your scalp or skin, yin which ou may have an allergic response that appears like dermatitis. So go to your doctor, and see what the cause is by just scraping skin cells (not painful) and have him or her put it under a microscope with KOH & other testing stains to see what's found. Then it'll be easily treated.
