I hv 0% moisture in my hair no matter how much oil i apply, my hair are super dry sticky n tangled but i do hv lots of sebum in my scalp after shower.

All the oil in your: ...hair comes from the hair follicles and oil glands in the scalp. If you have long hair, the natural oils won't reach the ends of the hair shaft. To avoid drying the hair shaft, I recommend good shampooing of the scalp and the 2-3" of hair beyond it, but minimizing shampooing the rest of the hair. Blow drying, coloring & curling can also dry out the hair shaft.
