Hair Health: Determine for yourself if you have dry or oily hair, or a combination of both. If you have dry hair, select organic shampoos that are moisturizing, such as those made with lavender oil, jojoba, or vitamins a and e. If you have oily hair, choose a more astringent shampoo made with tea tree oil or citrus of any kind such as orange or lemon.

Do you have a proble: If you have no problem, you can wash your hair as often as you wish with whatever you like. There are shampoos. Many use the same body wash for body + scalp. Don't be impressed by claims for vitamins or herbs in a shampoo. See how it feels, haw it smells, etc.
