I got hit on my brow bone with a truck door & a minute later there was a huge bump and now it's bruised and tender. is this serious & when does it go?

Ouch!: The facial areas swell dramatically because there is very little soft tissue. Put ice on it and it should go away in a few days. If you are having headaches with visual changes, nausea, trouble speaking or thinking straight you should be evaluated by a doctor.
