Get checked: There's no way to tell for sure without proper evaluation and/or another US. Call your PCP or GYN tomorrow for urgent evaluation. If your pain gets worse, go to the nearest ER.

I had a large ovarian cyst rupture about a week and half ago. I was in bad pain. Ultrasound showed fluid. The pain is improving each day. Little pain left in pelvic and hip. But much much better. Do I need go back to doc or can I wait a little longer?
