Fluids and rest.: Symptoms should be treated with lots of fluids and rest. Caugh can be treated with tea and honey. Muscle aches and headaches can be helped using the herb fever few.

Flu: If you have the Flu hydrate well w water, herbal teas, soup or juice. Drink sufficiently to have pale to light yellow urine. Rest A LOT! For sore throat – gargle with warm salt water (1/2 tsp salt in 8 oz of water). * For congestion – saline nose drops or a neti pot. *For anti-inflammatory effect & mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup.**For hydration-Try clear broth. *

Flu: Hydrate well. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications for fever/ pain. Rest. Symptomatic relief of other symptoms.
