Cannot diagnose: But viral illnesses can present like this. If the fever is not gone within 5-7 days or you develop any new symptoms, see a doctor asap. Without knowing your underlying health status it is impossible to know whether you are at risk of other types of infection, but as said above, if you don't improve soon, get evaluated. If you know an infectious diseases doctor that would be best. Good luck.
