I used to treat with antidepressant for 1 month. i vomited with blood after withdrawal this medicine. endoscopy found erosive gastritis. ?

Depends: I am not sure what the question is but erosive gastritis can be caused by multiple reasons, I frankly doubt, if newer antidepressants can case so severe adverse reaction, but again the older ones , tricyclics, MAO inh. Possibely could more cardiovascular issues then erosive gastritis unless in combination with other substances or foods

GASTRITIS: Unlikely related to antidepressant. Check with your doctor to make sure you have been screened for H. Pylori. Hopefully you are on a regimen of a PPI(PROTONIX) & H2 BLOCKER(ZANTAC)
