MANY CONSIDERATIONS: Emotional stressors, depression, anxiety, pain, some medications, too much caffeine, uncomfortable pillow or mattress, sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome. Shift work disorder, circadian sleep disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, recreational drugs espec cocaine.
