A very dark room: is essential for deep sleep. Do you have any electronic devices on in the room? Please move them to another room. Abstain from mental stimulation at least one hour prior to bed, i.e., use of computer. Do some quiet reading before bed. Avoid stimulants such as coffee and sugar after noon. Peace and good health.
