Seek medical consult: You should seek a consultation as soon as possible. It is most likely nothing BUT one patient dies every hour of every day from oral cancer. When caught early, oral cancer is easily treated. While it was associated with older patients with at risk lifestyles (smoking, drinking, chewing tobacco), it is growing among the younger population due to the spread of HPV, human papilloma virus.

Tonsil stone : It sounds like you have a tonsil stone or tonsillolith. You can google them and learn all about them. Yes, consult an ENT surgeon for an exam. Good luck.
