ComingtoViaRadioKHT: If the mole was removed flush to the skin surface (and not below), the remaining skin will undergo re-epithelialization (a thin covering of skin) over the next seven days or so. By 30 days, the lesion is often indistinguishable from surrounding skin. It's a lot about the judgement of the operator and how the small probe is used. Usually a small amount of ointment is used each day until all healed.

Total of 30 days: The lesion is coved with antibiotic ointment for 4to5 days.Lesion goes through epithelisation in seven days .And by 30 days the lesion is indistinguishable from the surrounding skin. The Surgeon ho is doing the procedure will explain to you what to expect as it is his/her job to do that.Ask Questions brfore the procedure
