A member asked:

What does my mri results mean by there are a few scattered patchy t2/flair hyperintense lesions in both deep and superficial subcortical white matter?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ask referring doc: Even if your pictures look exactly like the one here (scattered T2 abnormalities in a woman of your age), you still wouldn't have an answer without further Dr's. exam and a detailed history. You likely had some reason to have the study done and that reason is very important to establishing a diagnosis. Sorry I can't put your mind at ease. You will need a neurologist to sort it out.
