Serotonin syndrome: Lexapro+dextromethorphan increase serotonin levels. High likelihood serious/life-threatening interaction. Signs and symptoms of XS serotonin: Agitation/restlessness, confusion, rapid heart rate and high blood pressure, dilated pupils, loss of muscle coordination or twitching muscles, muscle rigidity, heavy sweating, diarrhea.
