No: You must mean robaxin. Robaxin (methocarbamol) may be taken on its own or in conjunction with pain relievers such as acetaminophen, Aspirin or tylenol.

Not available in USA: Robax platinum is a combination of Methocarbamol and Ibuprofen it is fine with tylenol (acetaminophen).
