My baby has been congested since 5 weeks old he is now 5 months it is particularly bad when he is sleeping and he wakes every hour at night cos of it?

Nasal saline: Recommend using a cool mist humidifier along with baby nasal saline drops. Be sure has been evaluated by PCP in case other issues present. Consider GER as possibly adding to congestion if other symptoms of silent reflux present - discuss with PCP if present
