Effexor (venlafaxine) effects: I understand your distress. Effexor (venlafaxine) is a medication for Depression, sometimes for Anxiety. “barely sleep, nauseous and jittery” are side effects of Effexor (venlafaxine). See Psychiatrist immediately for Diagnosis, Effexor (venlafaxine) benefits and side effects; Discuss Ativan or Xanax for Anxiety; Therapy for stress in your life; if needed Wellbutrin or SSRI Medication for Depression. Do Breathing and Music Relaxation
