Shoulder pain x 1 yr: Depending on location, sometimes gallbladder disease may masquerade as shoulder pain. may also be musculoskeletal or costochondritis a viral/ mycoplasma inflammation of the rib junctions/chest wall.( responds to ibuprofen), rarely could be coming from the bowel , gas or lesion as the colon rides high up .May also be a stone from the kidney, that pain is intense. F/U with doc may need imaging
