Nerve /disc: unlikely a pulled muscle would Hurt after 19 months. What triggered this? You may have a bulging disc in your back affecting the nerve going to your hamstring. . Try over-the-counter anti-inflammatories. Find a clinic that can see you. Trigger pt injections treat symptoms. You need to know the cause of your problem to effectively treat it.
