Mentl&PhysiclFitness: If your mind is organized enough to recognize that you have a mental illness ( verified by a qualified professional, I hope) and you are aware enough to see somehow that mental condition inhibits you from exercising (for whatever reason) then you at least have the mental ability to discuss this at length with a counselor and nutritionist and discuss what medications may be indicated to help you.

Stay positive: Focus on what exercise you can do and build on that. Keep using the bike daily increasing your time gradually. Also, some meds may contribute to sluggish feeling, making you tire more easily. Discuss your health goals and any medication side effects with prescribing doctor. Great that you get daily exercise.
