Possible gallbladder: Talk to your PCP and if symptoms become severe you should go to the ER. Gallbladder problems can refer pain to the back and grey stool suggests that bile is not getting into the bowel and stool. An abdomen ultrasound is the best radiologic test but you'll need a physical exam and laboratory tests as well.
