Caution: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) interacts with Venlafaxine to increase side effects of Vyanse, eg, jitteriness, anxiety. Taking both meds also increases risk for serotonin syndrome which is too much serotonin in the system causing confusion, increased heart rate etc. This may occur regardless of timing of dose. Review with prescribing doc for guidance. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
