Open appendectomy couple yrs ago,since then-daily pain@site, bouts of constipation & diarrhea,nausea, upset stomach.could it be connected to surgery?

Not connected: Open appendectomy characterized by incision in RLQ . Pain subsides post surgery but as healing occurs neuroma can form with pain noted every several days slowly subsiding over the years. GI discomfort only seen with perforated AP and localized inflammation lasting weeks to months. Present symptoms roelated to altered microbiome where correction can be accomplished with acidophilis.
