I had an appendectomy 7 weeks ago. about 2 weeks after surgery, i started feeling nauseated all the time, and some diarrhea. i retch or vomit a lot.

You should: report this to your surgeon, because it could be delayed infection, drug side effect, or even intestinal obstruction, something related to your operation. But it could also be something that is unrelated.
