Axenfeld spots: There are a few benign conditions that are associated with greyish spots on the sclerae, this one if them, occurs where blood vessels and nerves penetrate the sclerae to run deep. Other benign conditions include melanosis, and the Nevus of Ota. If the spots are big, go see an ophthalmologist to be sure its a benign condition and not to worry, no reason to wonder about it
