A member asked:

Is 4000iu of vitamin a too much to take daily?

Probably fine: Epidemiology generates all kinds of junk data and I'd ignore studies that report, "Thus-and-so many people with more than thus-and-so daily had more / thus of thus-and-so" unless it makes physiologic sense. This is more than you need to be healthy. Ten thousand is an often-cited recommended upper limit. Much higher vitamin A intake actually will make you sick.
