I have a very hard, painless, immobile lump 3 inches above both collarbones. my doctors don't know what it is and i am concerned. ?

Lymphonodes inflamed: is a possibility since they symmetrical, doubt if it is malignant but being immobile and painless and hard not good make them worrysome. I was wondering how long you have it and what is your medical history?
