Nephrologist : These findings show evidence of liver inflammation and glomerular damage of the kidneys causing marked loss of protein in your urine. The !atter has resulted in low serum albumin which leads to swelling if legs and ankles. Primary amlyloidosis is a possibility. An immunofixation study of your urine to look for elevated abnormal light chains would be an important test. Start with a nephrologist
