Very unlikely: Up until october of 2013 there have only been 7 cases of hypoglycemia reported to the fda regarding Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) out of hundreds of thousands of prescriptions that have been written. Also, 64 is not technically low blood sugar.It must be below 50, and some specialists would use 40 aat a hypoglycemic cut-off.
