Of course not!: They call them sexually transmitted for a reason: no sex = no risk. Nobody has ever been known to catch either STDs or blood borne infections (like HIV or viral hepatitis) from a contaminated razor in a barber shop. No risk and no worries, even if the barber had not changed the razor.
