Phone Call: To your surgeon. There are no home remedies for this problem, and the cause needs to be determined. Antibiotics alone may not be the answer.

Forget home remedies: You may require another course of antibiotics. PLEASE call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon who knows your situation best, the practitioner that did your surgery and wrote the prescription for the antibiotics to begin with. See your DDS: or an oral surgeon. Antibiotics aren't really going to work for that if the source of the problem is not removed (wisdom teeth).
