Feeling of an air bubble after gallbladder surgery 5 days ago between the top incision and the top right one. like pressure in that one spot. normal?

Yes: If there is no redness and drainage from incisions, it is most likely ok. Even though you have small incisions - they go through muscle and bruising can cause some extra pain. If you are allowed you may try some Motrin couple times to see if it will help with this pain.
