(http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/313007-overview ) Once you are sure your lungs and heart are OK, point treatment with an icecube (white knuckle pressure) and ROM (doing alphabets with finger on imaginary wall in front of you) may help, as may NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, or topicals like arnica.
