Yes: It sounds like a large abscess that needs to be completely drained and packed for 2 days with antibiotic therapy. All the best.

Yes: You should absolutely go to the ER if you have a baseball sized abscess that is draining. You can also go to a surgeons clinic but definiteky get seen immediately.
