Need gyn eval: Is IUD still in place? Have you had the same IUD in place that long? If paragard or copper IUD these usually have to be removed & replaced after 10 years. If progesterone IUD, they need to be removed and changed each 5 years. Best to see gyn to be sure no issues of infection or other cause of bleeding (polyps, fibroids, etc). Best of luck with this.
