Urethral blockage?: This is not normal. It suggests urethral stricture or other kind of partial blockage. Internal genital wart? Scarring from past gonorrhea? Bladder or kidney stone? Why did you have cystoscopy? Maybe that problem is back. Cystoscopy could have damaged the urethral lining, but that's pretty unlikely. Stop guessing and worrying and see a urologist, preferably the one who did the cystoscopy.
