Persistent sinus: problems, dizziness and colds may indicate Allergies due to something in your environment. Most common are dust mites, molds, animal or pollen , etc So a consult with an allergist may help. The thyroid surgery probably has no relation to it if your are monitoring your TSH and dose of Thyroxine. Best wishes.
