Realistic goal: Develop life style changes that lead to better health & weight regulation rather than focus on weight loss itself. Improve food choices, get better sleep, stick to an enjoyable exercise/activity program, drink more water. The key is to take in less calories & burn more calories. Foods high in nutrients will satisfy us with less volume.
