Nondiagnostic: These symptoms are nondiagnostic and a more complete history is needed. The lump could be an enlarged lymph gland or a recurrent cyst or ingrown hair but other signs of a localized infection would be redness,tenderness and maybe drainage of pus. The fatigue is nonspecific and can occur with recurrent infection. See your physician for a history and physical examination and testing. M
