What's the cause for armpit lump in both arms for 2 months,no pain been tired lately and a bit of weight loss?however when i went to the doctor a few months ago when i already had weight loss my blood work was fine?

I recommend being examined by your physician as lumps in both armpits suggest enlargement of lymph nodes. The enlarged nodes may also be present in your neck & elsewhere. Associated fatigue as well as your age bracket raise the possibility of infectious mononucleosis, but other blood pathologies can also cause generalized lymph node enlargement.
