Anything is possible: You should definitely see your doc about all of these symptoms. A few simple blood tests can determine if you have leukemia. However, given your description of your symptoms it is not possible to say what is wrong. This could, for example, be an abscess under your arm and anxiety causing hyperventilation and weakness and feeling tired. Get checked out.
